Terms and Conditions

All tours must be pre-booked and paid for at the time of booking.

Cancellations may be refunded in full, depending on how close to the planned tour date, but cancellations made within one week of the planned date will not be refunded.

Bookings can only be made for the next 3 months.

Closed toed shoes must be worn for all factory tours. Anyone wearing open-toed sandals or flip-flops etc will be issued with our steel toe-capped safety shoes, or else will be denied access if no suitable size is available.

The standard tour last approx 1½ hours and, as such, may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties as there are no seats or resting areas within the production areas. Disabled access: unfortunately our factory tour is not suitable for wheelchair users.

All visitors must be a minimum of 10 years-old and visitors aged between10-18 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Tour groups will be a minimum of 10 and maximum of 20 guests, unless by prior agreement.

Smaller groups or individuals will be merged to form one large group.

Visitors are unable to purchase food and beverages at the factory, although the tour cost includes a cup of tea, coffee or cold drink and small snack, on arrival.

Car parking is available on site, however there are limited spaces and large vehicles, motorhomes, mini buses etc may be asked to park in our Goods Yard. All vehicles and their contents, wherever parked, are left at the owner’s risk.

Photography is allowed in all production areas with the exception of the paint spray area where the flash might set off the automatic fire extinguisher system. However, please ask our members of staff if they are happy to be in your photo, some are very conscious of their image rights!

Dogs are not permitted in the factory.
